This site gives information about plumbing problems and connects you to a plumbing dispatch line at (855) 575-2890. It does not take bookings, payments or form submissions. Service begins when you call.
Information Is General
Articles and service pages describe common plumbing situations. They are not a diagnosis of your property. Rules can change, so check with the Massachusetts Board of State Examiners of Plumbers and Gas Fitters or your local Inspectional Services office for your project.
Services And Pricing
A licensed and insured plumber performs the work. A clear price is given before work starts, and work begins only after you agree. Same-day appointments are offered when available and are not a guarantee.
Emergencies
If you smell gas, leave the building and call 911 or the gas utility from outside. Do not use this site in place of emergency services.

Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
Limits
We provide this site as it is and do not promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from relying on general information here. Work performed by a plumber is covered by the agreement you make with that plumber.
